{"start":0,"count":1,"data":[{"publicDescription":"<h2>Taskforce job assignment needed ASAP in California.&nbsp; All travel, accommodations paid.&nbsp; Opera Cloud, Bilingual Spanish Required.&nbsp; Full-Service Spa hotel, 3-week assignment with extensions&nbsp;based on performance.<br />\n<br />\nKey Responsibilities</h2>\n\n<h3>Leadership &amp; Team Development</h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Provide strong daily leadership and direction to housekeeping supervisors, room attendants, housepersons, and laundry teams.</li>\n\t<li>Evaluate current team capabilities and identify associates requiring additional training, coaching, or development.</li>\n\t<li>Establish clear expectations and accountability measures for productivity, quality, and attendance.</li>\n\t<li>Foster a positive and professional culture focused on teamwork, communication, and guest satisfaction.</li>\n\t<li>Conduct daily stand-up meetings and ongoing coaching sessions to improve performance and consistency.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3>Operational Assessment &amp; Productivity Improvement</h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Analyze current room cleaning processes to determine why room turnaround times exceed expectations.</li>\n\t<li>Observe workflows and identify operational bottlenecks impacting productivity.</li>\n\t<li>Implement best practices to increase efficiency without compromising cleanliness standards.</li>\n\t<li>Monitor room attendant productivity and provide training on time management, room sequencing, and proper cleaning techniques.</li>\n\t<li>Ensure guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas consistently meet resort cleanliness standards.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3>Housekeeping Systems &amp; Organization</h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Establish procedures to ensure room attendants begin each shift with fully stocked carts and necessary supplies.</li>\n\t<li>Develop par levels for guest room amenities, cleaning supplies, linen, and operating equipment.</li>\n\t<li>Create processes that reduce unnecessary trips to linen rooms and supply closets during shifts.</li>\n\t<li>Improve organization of housekeeping closets, storage areas, and linen rooms.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3>Inventory &amp; Cost Control</h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Conduct physical inventories of linen, terry, guest supplies, and cleaning products.</li>\n\t<li>Assess adequacy of current inventory levels and identify shortages or overstock situations.</li>\n\t<li>Implement inventory controls and usage tracking procedures.</li>\n\t<li>Monitor chemical usage and housekeeping supply expenses.</li>\n\t<li>Recommend purchasing needs and replacement strategies when necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3>Quality Assurance</h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Perform routine room inspections and provide immediate feedback to team members.</li>\n\t<li>Ensure compliance with resort cleanliness standards and safety protocols.</li>\n\t<li>Work closely with Front Office and Maintenance to address room readiness concerns and service recovery opportunities.</li>\n\t<li>Establish inspection processes that drive accountability and improve guest satisfaction scores.</li>\n</ul>\n","id":9329,"title":"Executive Housekeeper - Full Service"}]}
