Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n\n<p>We are hiring a Robotics Engineer who is <strong>bilingual</strong> in Chinese and English for our oil and gas client to design, implement, optimize, and support robotic automation systems used in the manufacture of energy equipment and components. This hands-on role partners with cross-functional teams to improve safety, product quality, productivity, and operational efficiency. </p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Design, program, test, implement, and commission industrial robotic systems for manufacturing applications.\n\t<li>Develop and modify robot programs using platforms such as FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa/Motoman, or Universal Robots.\n\t<li>Configure and integrate end-of-arm tooling (EOAT), machine vision systems, sensors, and related peripheral equipment.\n\t<li>Optimize robotic processes and cycle times to improve production performance and reliability.\n\t<li>Troubleshoot robotic equipment and resolve production issues through root cause analysis and corrective action.\n\t<li>Collaborate with Controls Engineers to integrate robots with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs), conveyors, industrial networks, and safety systems.\n\t<li>Provide hands-on manufacturing support and assist with new product introductions.\n\t<li>Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.\n\t<li>Manage small- to medium-sized automation projects, including coordinating suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders.\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Location: </strong>Conroe, TX</p>\n\n<p><strong>Schedule/Shift Details:</strong> 7:00 AM TO 4:00 PM OR 8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM<br>\nTHIS POSITION IS 100% ON-SITE. NO HYBRID OR REMOTE OPTION.<br>\n<br>\nPOSSIBLE RELOCATION OFFERED.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><strong>Required: Fluency in both Chinese and English.</strong>\n\t<li>Three to seven years of experience with industrial robotic systems, including implementation and programming.\n\t<li>Experience with PLC integration, industrial networking, and hands-on manufacturing support.\n\t<li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.\n\t<li>Ability to work full-time on-site during one of the listed daytime schedules.\n\t<li>Education requirement to be confirmed: the original description lists a high school diploma or GED in one section and a bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field in another.\n\t<li>Experience in energy equipment manufacturing or heavy manufacturing.\n\t<li>Experience with robotic welding, machine vision, collaborative robots, or offline simulation software.\n\t<li>Familiarity with SprutCAM.\n\t<li>Programming experience with Python or C#.\n\t<li>Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies; certification is preferred.\n\t<li>Project management experience.\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Benefits: </strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Medical\n\t<li>Dental\n\t<li>Vision\n\t<li>PTO\n\t<li>401k\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Why choose Integrity Trade Services?</strong></p>\n\n<p>At ITS, we offer our employees a competitive salary paid weekly and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Interested?
